We all face challenges from time to time, and sometimes we are not sure how to get from where we are to where we want to be.
A coach can help you in understanding the strengths you can call upon, determining the goals you want to achieve, and in working through your plan to achieve your goals.
Your coach will provide a structured approach to goal setting, challenge you when appropriate, support you, and will walk alongside you as you work on your plan.

Many of us will have had times when we knew that we wanted to improve some aspects of our lives, to build new capabilities or achieve more, and were unsure how to work towards that.
A life coach can provide support and offer tools and strategies which you can employ to establish your goals, and to work out the path you want to follow towards achieving those goals.
Rather than telling you what to do, a life coach will work with you as you develop insight and strategies which you can employ now and carry forward into the future.

We all face changes as we progress through life. Such changes can be associated with transitions related to the stages of life or may be as a result of a planned or unplanned event.
Whether you are contemplating an upcoming change and want to plan ahead and set your goals, or whether you are navigating your way through a current change, coaching may be helpful.
A coach can support you in exploring your options and opportunities, in establishing what you want to achieve, and in building your pathway forward.

Stepping into a supervisory or management role is an exciting milestone but it comes with new challenges, responsibilities, and expectations. While some aspects may already feel familiar, especially if your organisation has gradually introduced leadership experiences, the transition can still feel overwhelming.
This coaching service is designed to ease that transition, offering a supportive space where new managers can normalise their experiences, uncover valuable insights into their strengths and growth areas, and develop practical strategies to tackle challenges effectively. .

Inntinn (pron. inn/chin) is an old Scots Gaelic word meaning mind or purpose. I've chosen it to represent the setting of minds in working towards a positive purpose.
Being Scottish by birth it also connects me to the strengths and positive attitudes that come with that heritage.
The blue colour represents the oceans I have crossed, and the orange circle represents the bright sun that rises each day across Australia.
